However you get in touch, the next step is the same: we'll call or message back, usually the same day, to ask a few questions about the project and arrange a free site visit. There's no charge and no obligation for that visit, it's simply how we measure the actual space and give you a clear, written price rather than a rough figure over the phone. Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll agree a start date and keep you updated as the job progresses.

Whether it's a small patio job or a full loft conversion, the same free site visit and written quote applies before any work is booked in, so there's never a surprise on price once the job is underway.

We cover Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea, Walton-on-the-Naze and Ipswich as a core area, with some flexibility either side depending on the job. If you're outside that range and unsure whether it's worth asking, it usually is, the honest answer costs nothing and takes a minute over the phone.
